Galvanize Climate Solutions is a mission driven investment platform built to produce and scale vital climate solutions.
As senior counsel at Galvanize, Pratusha assists with legal matters across the Galvanize platform and all Galvanize strategies. Prior to joining Galvanize, Pratusha worked a late-stage startup company, Ethos, where she served as senior counsel responsible for corporate matters.
Before Ethos, Pratusha was Vice President, Legal at SoftBank Investment Advisers, where she was a founding member of the legal team for the SoftBank Vision Funds. There, she led the execution of complex transactions and management of portfolio company matters. Prior to SoftBank, Pratusha was a corporate associate at Cooley LLP where she worked with investors and companies from seed to public stages.
Pratusha earned a J.D. degree from UC Berkeley School of Law, and an undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from the University of Southern California.
