Joe is an information technology and cybersecurity thought leader with 20 years of extensive experience in corporate, SMB, and non-profit organizations in San Francisco and Silicon Valley. Prior to Galvanize, Joe most recently served as CISO for the Tom Steyer 2020 presidential campaign. Since 2015 he has also overseen the technologies for Steyer-Taylor related organizations. Prior, Joe was CTO for JMA Ventures and co-founder of Rocket Science Consulting. Joe is a CISSP and he lives in Berkeley with his wife and son.
