Gen Kapoor

Gen is a seasoned HR professional with a wide range of Human Capital experience. Most recently Gen worked for SoftBank Group International where she served in a dual role as Head of Talent Management and a Senior HR Business Partner. Prior to that, she held various roles in Talent Management, Recruiting and as an HR business Parter at Guggenheim Partners, JP Morgan and Bank of America. In those roles, she led the creation of numerous leadership development and talent management programs, ran the lifecycle of recruiting, and managed the HR needs across multiple business units. Gen began her career in the public sector supporting organizations dedicated to eradicating homelessness and she continues to maintain a strong interest in social causes. Currently Gen lives in NJ with her husband and two children.
