Galvanize Climate Solutions is a mission driven investment platform built to produce and scale vital climate solutions.

Prior to joining Galvanize, Frances worked in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs in the Leveraged Finance Group, with a focus on energy, power and renewables, and adjacent sectors. At Goldman, Frances also helped build out the inaugural ESG financing advisory team, with a core mandate to offer ESG-related financing advisory and execution expertise across industries, focusing primarily on energy transition and decarbonization efforts. Frances graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. magna cum laude in Public Policy and International Relations, and a certificate in East Asian Studies. At Princeton, Frances was also captain and member of the Varsity Track and Field team, competing in the Heptathlon. She lives in Greenwich Village in New York City.
