Asad Rahman has been investing in financial markets for the past 18 years. He has invested across sectors and geographies, with a particular focus on the consumer, industrial, infrastructure, transportation and telecom/media sectors. Over the course of his career, he has worked closely with management teams and boards at a variety of companies in the US, EU and Asia as an engaged, constructive shareholder. Shareholder engagement will be an important dimension of the climate-driven transition.
He was previously a Managing Director at TOMS Capital, a co-founder and Managing Partner at Akaris Global Partners, and a Partner at Mason Capital. He started his career as an Associate at the Boston Consulting Group. Asad graduated summa cum laude from Duke University with a degree in Economics, Politics and Development.
