Stephen Amoah

Stephen Amoah is Director of Operations and Finance for Galvanize Global Equities. With over 15 years of experience in the asset management industry, he brings deep expertise in fund operations, financial oversight, and business management. Prior to joining Galvanize, Stephen spent over a decade at Polar Capital, a UK based public equities specialist investment manager, where he most recently served as Head of Operations. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in helping build and scale the firm's operational infrastructure to support a significant expansion in assets under management - growing from £2 billion to £40 billion.  Stephen holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Warwick and has completed CFA Program Level III.
