Galvanize Climate Solutions is a mission driven investment platform built to produce and scale vital climate solutions.

Prior to joining Galvanize Climate Solutions, Rachel Reardon was a Director of Investments at Oxford Properties Group, the real estate arm of the Canadian pension plan OMERS. Most recently, Rachel led the US Residential investment strategy, deployment and portfolio management covering multifamily, single family rental and manufactured housing nationally which grew into a $2B portfolio. During her time at Oxford, Rachel worked in both investments and asset management and across multiple asset classes deploying equity and debt.

Prior to joining Oxford, Rachel worked on the debt and structured finance team at CBRE in Washington, D.C. and at Capitol One in Corporate Finance working across multiple business lines, including Commercial, Retail Banking, and Credit Cards.

Rachel holds a BSBA with honors from Washington University in St. Louis Olin School of Business where she majored in Finance and Economics and a MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. She lives in Boston with her husband and black lab.
