Pratusha Erraballi

As senior counsel at Galvanize, Pratusha assists with legal matters across the Galvanize platform and all Galvanize strategies. Prior to joining Galvanize, Pratusha worked a late-stage startup company, Ethos, where she served as senior counsel responsible for corporate matters.Before Ethos, Pratusha was Vice President, Legal at SoftBank Investment Advisers, where she was a founding member of the legal team for the SoftBank Vision Funds. There, she led the execution of complex transactions and management of portfolio company matters. Prior to SoftBank, Pratusha was a corporate associate at Cooley LLP where she worked with investors and companies from seed to public stages.Pratusha earned a J.D. degree from UC Berkeley School of Law, and an undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from the University of Southern California.
