Lycia worked at Farallon Capital Management in Investor Relations before joining Laurel Management Partners, the predecessor to Hall Capital Partners, where she was a Partner and Director of Research. Lycia worked as an advisor and consultant for Tom Steyer 2020, Fahr LLC and Need to Impeach. She has served on the board of Common Sense Media, The Little School SF and San Francisco Education Fund. She is currently on the UVA College Foundation’s Northern California Regional Board. Lycia holds a BA from the University of Virginia and lives in San Francisco.
