Before joining Galvanize, Lai worked as a Compliance and ESG Associate at SkyKnight Capital, a private equity firm based in San Francisco. In this role, she helped establish the firm’s compliance and ESG programs. Prior to her time at SkyKnight Capital, she worked as a Senior Compliance Analyst at Optima Partners, collaborating with asset managment firms on the West Coast. Lai holds a BA in Molecular & Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
