Jim Sigman

Jim is a financial services executive and trusted advisor with more than three decades of experience across capital markets and institutional banking. Most recently, he served as Global Head of Capital Markets and the Institutional Client Group at Wells Fargo Corporate & Investment Banking, overseeing investment-grade and high-yield debt, leveraged loans, and equity products. He managed the firm’s largest institutional relationships, partnering with asset managers, pension funds, endowments, hedge funds, and private equity firms on strategic financing and growth initiatives.

Jim was a member of the Corporate & Investment Banking leadership team and operating committee and served as Executive Sponsor of the CIB Women’s Network. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Wells Fargo and Bank of America Securities.

Jim earned a B.S. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
