Galvanize Climate Solutions is a mission driven investment platform built to produce and scale vital climate solutions.

Brett joins Galvanize most recently from SoftBank Group International (SBGI) as a Vice President, Talent Acquisition where she partnered with portfolio company founders and leadership teams on various talent and people value creation initiatives. She also was the Head of Internal Recruiting for SBGI. Prior to SBGI, she was an Executive Recruiter at Russell Reynolds Associates in Miami and New York. Previously, she was a Director in Human Resources at the Blackstone Group. She began her career at Goldman Sachs and at a renewable energy FinTech startup, Skystream Markets. Brett holds a BA in commerce, organizations, and entrepreneurship from Brown University, where she played on the varsity women’s tennis team. She lives in Miami with her husband and two daughters.
