Anthony has a background in building and supporting early-stage startups. Prior to joining Ponderosa, Anthony co-led startup selection and portfolio support at the Urban Future Lab, a leading climate-tech accelerator. He was also a two-time founder and an early employee at an exited fintech startup. He holds a degree in Economics & Strategy and Supply Chain Management from Washington University in St. Louis.
