Prior to joining Galvanize, Alon practiced M&A and Capital Markets law advising companies on public and private transactions, deal structuring, capital raises, including both debt and equity financing, and other strategic matters.
Previously, Alon clerked for two Supreme Court Justices at the Supreme Court of Israel.
Alon graduated magna cum laude from Tel Aviv University with an LL.B in law, where he was the Editor of the Law Review and a member of the Environmental Justice Clinic.
Alon currently lives in New York and enjoys playing jazz guitar, cooking, scuba diving, and hiking, including summitting Mt. Kilimanjaro.
