Prior to joining Galvanize as Portfolio Manager and Chief Operating Officer for real estate, Allison spent 10 years at Goldman Sachs, most recently as a Vice President in the Goldman Sachs Asset Management (“GSAM”) Real Estate group. While at Goldman, Allison oversaw the portfolio management of seven funds focused on US investments in core, core-plus, value-add and development, with multiple billions under management, and was a member of the Investment Committee. Allison previously served as a member of GSAM Real Estate’s acquisitions team, investing in multifamily, student housing, industrial, office and retail investments throughout the US.

Allison started her career at RBC Capital Markets working in the Real Estate Investment Banking group. Allison holds a BA from Columbia University, where she completed a joint major in economics and statistics.
