Galvanize Climate Solutions is a mission driven investment platform built to produce and scale vital climate solutions.

Prior to joining Galvanize Climate Solutions, Alex was a Principal at GI Partners overseeing northeast real estate investments in Life Sciences and Data Centers, which included redevelopment, asset repositioning, capital deployment, and strategic leasing.

Alex brings over a decade of commercial real estate Asset Management experience, having worked for some of the largest global institutional platforms including Goldman Sachs and PGIM Real Estate. He has covered a wide array of property types across various US markets and investment strategies that range from core to value-add and opportunistic repositioning. While at Goldman, Alex advanced and implemented sustainability and ESG initiatives within the assets that he managed.

Alex holds a BSBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business where he majored in Finance and Operations Information Management as well as a Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
