Galvanize Climate Solutions is a mission driven investment platform built to produce and scale vital climate solutions.
Prior to joining Galvanize as the Head of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Sustainability for real estate, Nicolette served as VP of Client Engagement, Communications, and ESG at Esusu, a fintech/proptech startup that reports on-time rental payments to consumer credit agencies with the goal of helping renters improve their credit scores and ultimately bridging the racial wealth gap.
Prior to Esusu, Nicolette spent six years as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs developing and overseeing ESG integration initiatives for real estate, both within the Asset Management and Corporate Real Estate divisions.
Nicolette rejoined Goldman Sachs in 2016 after having spent four years at The Moody’s Corporation leading the company’s global volunteer programs. Prior to her role at Moody’s, she worked in various roles from 2006 to 2011 in both the Office of Corporate Engagement and Human Capital Management divisions at Goldman Sachs.
She earned her B.S. in International Business and Italian in 2005 and an MPA in 2011 from Marist College. She is a member of ULI Greenprint and a founding member of the Multifamily Impact Council. Nicolette is based in New York City.
